I have a problem with my nissei moulding machine. The pressure of my machine goes down. When i press the charging button the motor pump make noises.. what is the problem in it kindly tell me.
Check Oil Level, filter. The Charging function requires on Oil Constantly, it should NOT make any pressure on Pump, Charging function requires speed only. it should be free flow(Speed) of oil.
You should check the pump's pressure on Injection Unit Back or Injection Hold function, if Pump is making sound or pressure drops again, Check the Pump.

In our machine NC 9000f touch screen not working.every thing is ok ,when I switch on alarm display is 'cannot setting without M card ' showing mcard is present.
